UPS Ground Service for the USA is free. Furla regulates more than $500 USD (yes, that’s a big minimum!). However, if you sign up to their email newsletter (with no minimum purchase required), they send out a free shipping coupon code.
Generally, as long as you have your original proof of purchase from Furla you will be able to request a refund at any time. As always certain limitations to the rule will exist and may vary depending on if the doll or accessory purchased at a retail store, an outlet store, or online.*
If you wish to return your order from Furla then it is best to do so soon as you only have 14 days from the shipping date to request a refund. Nothing that was purchased during a “Markdown Period” or branded as “SALES FINAL” can be returned or exchanged. Other limitations can apply. *

Furla is one of those stores that typically run their Black Friday sale all Thanksgiving weekend long, online starting on Thursday night (Thanksgiving day) and in-stores on Black Friday morning when doors open at 8:00 AM. Last year online shoppers could pick up 50% off on special collections and doll accessories (most of the best sellers sold out in a matter of hours) and 10% to 20% off on top of that with a storewide coupon code. Be on the lookout for a similar deal to return again for 2021.
During Black Friday, shoppers can’t use coupons or promo codes at Furla. However, this makes sense. The deals are already so good that the retailer doesn’t need to add any additional savings. If you really want to use that coupon or promo code for Furla, you’ll just have to wait until after Black Friday and Cyber Week.
